Terms & Conditions

CHECK IN/ OUT | Check-in time is not before 4pm on the arrival date and check out time is not later than 11am on the departure date |

TARIFS | B&B per night Low Season 01 Oct – 30 Apr 85.00€ for 2 people, High Season 01 May – 30 Sept 95.00€ for 2 people | 15.00€ per extra person up to 4 people |

Weekly (min 7 nights) Low Season 01 Oct – 30 Apr 468.00€, High Season 01 May – 30 Sept 568.00€ | Breakfast extra 8.50€ per adult, 4.50€ per child |

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT | A deposit of 50% is requested upon booking | Balances are due for payment 7 days prior to commencement of stay | Any extras are payable at the end of stay | Payments can be made via the PayPal methods on the invoice we send you, using the ‘pay now’ button (you don’t need a PayPal account to use the invoice) | Personal cheques will be accepted for deposits only | Cash will be accepted for end of stay extras |

CANCELLATION | Any cancellation must be notified in writing a minimum of 7 days prior to stay | Any eligible refund will be made through the payment method used at time of booking |

RESERVATIONS MADE VIA OTHER SOURCES | Bookings made via other sources including travel agents or other website booking agents (e.g. may be subject to different policies and fees, please refer to the confirmation they provide for details | Please conduct any changes to your reservation, directly via the original source |

LINEN AND TOWELS | We supply linen, pillows, blankets and towels which must be left where supplied in the bedrooms or bathroom on departure | Clean linen and towels are provided weekly or more often upon request and at additional cost | Extra towels 10.00€ per person | Extra linen 15.00€ per person |

PETS | Pets are not allowed at the property |

CLEANING | End of stay clean is included | Before departure, all food must be removed from fridges, all rubbish and recycling put in the appropriate rubbish bags provided, the dishwasher emptied and crockery and cutlery washed and packed away |

NO SMOKING | All rooms are non-smoking | Smoking is only permitted in the outdoor areas |

YOUR OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES | You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft and loss of any part of the property during your stay | Please notify us if you have any problems with appliances or fixtures | All furniture and furnishings must be left in the position they were in when you arrived | You are responsible for the safekeeping of accommodation keys during your stay | All keys must be returned to Management at the end of stay | We recommend all guests have appropriate insurance/ travel insurance; Le Gite de la Loire are not responsible for any injuries, illness or accidents that may occur whilst staying at our property |

ACCEPTANCE & RESPONSIBILITY | Payment of the Deposit and commencement of stay constitutes acknowledgement and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions |
